I’d been hearing lots of good things about Buffalo Wing University, so I decided to go there today with a friend. The interior of the restaurant is rather dark. There’s a great deal of indoor seating as well as bar seating. Our server was very polite, informed us of the day’s specials, and delivered our food within ten minutes of ordering. My friend and I split the “Jalepeño Poppers,” jalepeño peppers dipped in cheese, breaded, and fried in oil; they were tasty, but heavy. I then had the Chipotle BBQ wings, which were decent but not flavorful. My friend ordered the Spicy BBQ wings, which were much tastier. I would definitely go again, maybe to dry the “D.O.A. Wings,” the spiciest chicken wings on the menu.
